When can I begin learning?

You can begin learning as soon as you are enrolled. You are automatically enrolled in your assigned courses. Please check your email inbox for a message from Apolitical, which includes your enrolment details and the link to get started.

Can I register for other courses on Apolitical once I have an account?

Yes! You’re welcome to explore the platform, join other communities and take additional courses that interest you.

I am having technical issues. Who can I contact?

Learning experience

How long do I have to complete the course? Courses are self-paced. There’s no hard deadline, but we recommend setting aside one hour per week per course. Course lengths range from 2 to 8 hours total, so most can be completed in 2 to 8 weeks, depending on your schedule.

Will my comments during the course be visible to other academy users only?

Your comments in course discussions and communities are visible to all learners taking the course. This means your reflections can help — and be seen by — public servants from around the world, not just those in your Academy.
