Llynne Plante, has spent 27 years working in various federal departments including the National Research Council of Canada, Public Works Government Services Canada, and Export Development Canada. Llynne also spent 11 years in the Ottawa ICT sector in positions of international business development, sales and marketing, and R&D project management. Llynne has an MBA from Queen’s University, a diploma in Chemical Engineering from Cambrian College, an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management, and a Certificate in International Trade Management. Over her career Llynne has focused on increasing team effectiveness through better communications and diversity. To this end she was certified as a Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) practitioner in 2011. Llynne is currently a PhD Candidate with the Carleton Sprott School of Business studying organizational change and professional identity.
Jaimie Boyd, Deloitte Canada’s National Digital Government Leader. She works with clients to accelerate digital change in the public sector, helping governments to better serve citizens using modern technologies. She previously served as the chief digital officer for the Government of British Columbia and has held a variety of leadership roles in the Government of Canada. Recognized as one of the World’s 100 Most Influential People in Digital Government, Jaimie is a frequent speaker on service modernization, data-driven leadership, and the future of government.
