Different people handle conflict in different ways, but how can this be handled properly in the workplace? For many managers and team leaders, conflict can feel uncomfortable to tackle, but these situations usually escalate if they are not dealt with appropriately.
Navigating conflict successfully is a key skill to being a good manager, and handling tricky conversations will build more productive, healthy relationships (inside the workplace and out).
Watch us for a free online event focused on how to resolve conflict in the public service workplace. You’ll learn how to navigate difficult conversations with colleagues, and discover how to take your communication abilities to the next level.
Who should watch:
This event is for any public servant or policymaker, whether you are a project manager, a team leader, or work in any other role, who wants to understand how to resolve conflict.
