This is the ninth meeting of the Futures Thinking Community's Signal Club — a monthly event series for all our long-termists, speculators and futures thinkers.
At this interactive networking event, you'll get the chance to connect with peers around the world as we dive into the process of applying foresight via real life signals. This session will have a focus on signals related to cities and local governance.

Isabel Serval, is a foresight strategist with a background in brand a and communications, user centred-design and political economy. She works across UK government departments to put citizen needs today and in the future centre stage, does research, writes and delivers workshops and talks on emerging futures and the behavioural science of futures thinking. She's currently working with BIST (the UK department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade).
Dr. Rebekah Wilson, leads the Local Government Horizons programme at the Local Government Association, supporting local authorities in England to prepare for future opportunities and challenges through innovation, strategic foresight and public service transformation. She works with councils, policymakers and partners to explore emerging trends and shape the future of local public services.
