• Belinda Wood, a Director at Strategy Execution Advisers, specialises in delivering solutions that create meaningful, positive impact. She advises governments and public interest organisations on improving outcomes through effective strategy execution.Previously, Belinda served as a senior member of a delivery unit in a South African provincial government and has developed strategies in areas including the green economy and education.

• Trevor Zimmer, Program Director at Catapult Design since March 2023, brings deep expertise in design strategy, creative facilitation and public health programme management. He previously directed the COVAX Delivery Unit, supporting countries around the world to administer COVID-19 vaccines. Before joining Catapult Design, Trevor was an Associate Partner and Design Director at Dalberg Design, where he helped lead the firm’s health and innovation practice. His focus on creative facilitation, design research, and storytelling supported projects in global health, change management, and new ventures across 20+ countries, collaborating with community organizations, international NGOs, funders, multilateral agencies, and early-stage innovators. Earlier in his career, he worked with the Clinton Foundation, supporting HIV treatment optimization with the South African Department of Health and coordinating programs to improve access to essential medicines for children.

• Jess Annison OBE, Leadership Coach, former Olympic Security Programme and Portfolio Director, is an experienced leader of teams and major change projects. She started her career as a civil servant in the UK, working in the Home Office and on secondment to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. As part of this she spent an exciting five years working on the planning and delivery of the security arrangements at the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games. She has also worked in the higher and further education sectors, leading government-funded projects and other change, and implementing portfolio management processes that help organisations change more effectively. She now works as an executive coach and facilitator, supporting mid- to senior-level leaders (many of whom are in the public sector) to flourish at work, and enjoy more impact and fulfilment in what they do.
