Join this free online micro-course, developed in collaboration with the Ontario Digital Service, to continue your digital journey and learn how to develop a digital culture in your department or organisation.
In the next three micro-courses, we'll explore the processes and business models of being digital, take a closer look at technology and finally, learn about the digital process lifecyle.

- When: You'll receive your first lesson straight away

You'll learn how to:
- Understand what is meant by digital culture in governnment
- Describe the skillsets and mindsets required to build a digital government
- Identify your role in influencing culture change in the public service

- Lesson 1: Building digital culture in government: What’s the end goal?
- Lesson 2: What it means to be user-centred
- Lesson 3: How leaders lead in a digital government enterprise
- Lesson 4: Building a fail forward enterprise
- Lesson 5: Skills and mindsets needed in a digital-first enterprise
- Lesson 6: What’s my role in influencing culture change?
You’ll have the opportunity to collect badges and earn a ‘Continue being digital in the Canadian public service: Culture’ micro-course certificate of completion.
By completing all 4 micro-courses, you will earn a ‘Continue being digital in the Canadian public service’ course certificate.
