This service supports decision-making for startup and operation by providing data such as commercial districts and sales volume needed by small-scale food service businesses and prospective entrepreneurs. While large food service companies can easily formulate strategies using internal and external information through their proprietary systems, small-scale businesses struggle with interpreting and utilizing information. Therefore, an AI-based food service statistics service was developed to learn time-series data changes and customer consumption patterns.
The service integrated data essential for restaurant entrepreneurship and operations to provide a one-stop visualization service. Utilizing POS data, the system offered menu-specific pricing and sales volume information. Based on delivery service data, the service provided store and delivery sales performance by commercial district. Additionally, using telecom data, the system delivered residential population data by commercial district. The startup cost calculator supported analysis of local foot traffic and sales performance of similar businesses.
It is expected to support the selection of startup items, business type changes, and menu development for food service entrepreneurs, thereby aiding the startup ecosystem and food service operations.
