The customized corporate bidding recommendation service was developed to address the inconveniences faced by companies. These include the significant manpower and time required to search for scattered information on public procurement projects from various institutions and corporate support programs (private competitions, R&D, vouchers), as well as missing deadlines due to not accessing information in time.
The project team developed an innovative service that integrates and searches dispersed public bidding information, enabling customized notice recommendations and consulting services through procurement data analysis, extraction of request for proposal (RFP) meaning, and matching key corporate data.
The customized corporate bidding recommendation service integrates scattered bidding announcements from the National Procurement Service and various public institutions. It combines AI analysis of procurement documents with corporate data to recommend and provide tailored announcements.
This service is provided simultaneously on three enterprise-focused platforms (NICE BizLINE, B- WISE, NICE ESG) in collaboration with the project operator, Wello Co., Ltd.
Companies can view over 2,000 bidding and support announcements consolidated on a single private platform, receive easy and convenient recommendations, and get daily updates on new information through this customized bidding support service. By utilizing this data-driven recommendation service, companies are expected to reduce information search costs, thereby lowering barriers to entry in the public sector and creating conditions that allow them to focus more on substantive business activities.

By 2025, through its advancement into a comprehensive bidding platform, Wellobiz plans to develop a feature enabling corporate members to form consortia within the platform itself. This will strategically facilitate consortium formation, which previously relied on networking, addressing the initial barrier to entry for participating in government bids. Furthermore, within the Wellobiz service, this project plans to develop and expand features that enable companies to continuously support their growth by providing functionality to place and receive orders for projects such as R&D, research, goods procurement, and construction.
Additionally, plans are underway to launch global services, including analyzing target countries for expansion and reviewing the establishment of overseas branches (2026), launching an English version service, and conducting beta tests for local companies (2027).
