Event Description
An interview isn’t just a Q&A. They’re a fast-paced test of how you think, how you frame your achievements and how convincingly you show a team the value you’ll bring once you’re in the role.
In government, interviews often test more than technical expertise. They assess your judgement, stakeholder awareness, values, delivery mindset and ability to communicate in a structured way. That can be tricky to demonstrate when questions are broad, time is short and nerves kick in.
In the second session of our Career Moves series, you'll learn a set of strategic interview approaches that work across roles and countries. We will cover preparation that goes far beyond reading the job description: shaping strong examples, handling questions you did not expect and finishing with a clear closing statement that reiterates your value. You’ll leave with real examples of what works to help you excel at your next interview.
