Event Description
We’re bringing back some of our most highly rated events. This session features a recorded masterclass alongside live elements, giving you a new chance to engage with proven approaches that continue to resonate.
Sweaty palms. Shaky hands. Racing thoughts. Even the most seasoned public servants can feel the pressure when it’s time to speak up, especially in high-stakes or high-visibility settings. The good news? Confidence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you can build.
This session will help you manage nerves, feel more in control and deliver with impact. You’ll learn simple techniques to reduce stress, how to use your voice and body language effectively and keep your audience engaged from start to finish.
You’ll hear from expert public speaking coaches sharing their most effective confidence-building tactics and audience engagement strategies, all designed to work in the realities of public service.
