Event Description

Do you spend more time chasing updates than moving the work forward? Are your project plans, risks and stakeholder comms difficult to keep aligned as priorities shift?

The AI Skills Lab is a monthly series of virtual, 30-minute events, brought to you as part of the Government AI Campus. Think of them as your shortcut to working smarter, one task at a time, with tips and hacks from experts already using AI regularly to augment their work.

Project work creates a constant stream of inputs: notes, decisions, actions, dependencies and reporting requests. AI can help you turn that information into structure faster, spot gaps earlier and communicate progress in a way that helps others act.

In this session, an expert will break down how to turn rough inputs into a clear plan, draft updates for different audiences and build prompt patterns you can reuse across projects. You’ll leave with a simple set of ways to use AI to support better project outcomes, from kickoff through closeout.
