Join the Excellence in Government Customer Experience Community
The Excellence in Government Customer Experience Community is a collaborative space designed for public servants to connect with peers, share insights and discover practical strategies to deliver government services that exceed expectations.
Event Description
Trust in government hinges on meaningful citizen engagement. When residents feel heard and involved, policies and services become more effective. Yet, engaging a diverse community remains a persistent challenge.
Whether co-producing services, running consultations or building trust, the ability to listen and act on community input defines modern governance. At this event we’ll discuss practical strategies to embed engagement into everyday work, from digital tools to inclusive outreach.
Our global panel of practitioners and experts drawn from all levels of government will share lessons into what works, what doesn't and how to build a culture of participation that lasts.
