James Quinn, Senior Capability Consultant at Department for Business & Trade, has worked in Learning, Capability, Talent and Leadership Development roles in both the private and public sector for over 20 years. These have included financial services, housing, care and support, tech/media, local government and the NHS. James joined the Civil Service three years ago as an L&D Lead at HM Treasury and currently leads the talent team at the Department for Business and Trade. In 2019 and 2020 James received the Princess Royal Training Award for putting automation at the forefront of learning.
Klaudia Bencze, has been working with the EU institutions since 2015 in the field of digital communication. From EU-wide communication campaigns, through a large variety of digital projects she got to work on the social media channels of the European Committee of the Regions (CoR). She has been leading a small but innovative team creating social media strategy and content for the CoR since 2020. She is based in Brussels but originally from Budapest, Hungary.
Lauren Benson-Armer, People Lead at Apolitical, focuses on designing a work culture that maximises team impact and wellbeing through continuous learning, alignment and support. Lauren came to Apolitical from luxury marketing and has a background in behavioural science.
