Shabana Ansari, has worked in journalism, communications, and public relations in three countries across three continents. As a supporter of accessibility, equity, and social justice, she currently holds a role that focuses on disability inclusion in the Canadian federal service.
Sonia Pawson, currently HR Director for West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service, worked in the Civil Service for 25 years, most recently as Director of Government Skills in the Cabinet Office. Here she led the award winning – Civil Service Fast Stream. Sonia is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist and senior HR leader with extensive experience and a strong track record of delivering end-to-end people solutions in complex, regulated environments. Sonia worked on a number of cross-government initiatives, including the design and implementation of the Success Profiles Framework.
