The Gender Equality in Government Community is a collaborative space for public servants dedicated to advancing gender equality and improving the lives of women and girls worldwide.
Event Description
Governments around the world are grappling with pressing workforce challenges, from widening skills gaps to high staff turnover. These issues not only hinder their ability to achieve critical goals — such as advancing climate action, gender equity, and digital transformation — but also threaten the delivery of impactful public services. Could smarter hiring and retention practices hold the solution? Is HR the missing piece in making your next project a success?
Apolitical’s latest insights report, Elevating Human Resources from Sidebar to Strategic, delves into how close collaboration with HR can drive policy outcomes, with a spotlight on gender equality as a key example.
Building high-performing teams is essential to delivering exceptional public outcomes. Watch this event to uncover practical insights, explore compelling case studies and gain actionable strategies to close skills gaps, retain diverse talent, and position HR as a strategic partner in your organisation.
