Victoria Rawnsley, career Civil Servant since 2002. Previous to joining the CS, Victoria was an academic as well as working in the management consultancy arena. While in the Civil Service, Victoria has worked in varied roles from frontline and operations manager in customer contact, to Quality Assurance, and process/customer experience improvement projects. Latterly, Victoria has worked in senior leadership roles in her department’s Transformation program as well as private office and corporate services teams.
Sonia Pawson, Deputy Director, Head of Fast Stream, Emerging Talent at the Government Skills and Curriculum Unit in the Cabinet Office. She is also head of Occupational Psychology Cross-Government. Sonia is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Public Sector Service Delivery leader. Sonia has worked on a number of cross-government initiatives, including the design and implementation of the Success Profiles Framework. In her earlier career she worked on key organisational initiatives for NOMS, the wider Ministry of Justice and HM Inspectorate of Prisons, applying psychology positively to influence cultural change and the experience of work. Sonia is currently responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of the centralised talent programmes, including the award winning Civil Service Fast Stream.
