Haile Warner, FAME’s Capability Lead, delivering regular sessions supporting colleagues to improve their application and interview performance. She is a trained diverse interviewer, with experience of conducting sifts interviews at all grades up to Deputy Director, across 4 government departments. This includes supporting 20+ recruitment campaigns. In her day job, she is a Senior Policy Advisor in the BEIS Priority Projects Team. Her background also includes leading large analytical programmes in the public and private sector.
Richard Hillsdon, Dods Associate and Lead on Success Profiles Training. He was a Principal Psychologist in the MOD and Cabinet Office and then a senior policy civil servant. Over the past 20 years he has delivered career coaching to several hundred Senior Civil Servants and G6s and 7s across most government departments and many arms length bodies.
Lynn Cooper, Registrar of Companies for Northern Ireland at Companies House. Lynn has worked in the Civil Service for fifteen years and is experienced in training public servants to use Success Profiles in the job application process, including in interviews.
