Last year, over 3,000 public servants joined us for Apolitical’s ‘Remote yoga for public servants,’ to relieve stress and connect with other public servants around the world.
Join us again, and start your year right with our free online yoga sessions for public servants. Numerous studies have found that yoga can minimise stress and anxiety and increase productivity. As we continue to work remotely and face ongoing change and uncertainty, it’s important to remember to stay in touch with others and look after our mental and physical wellbeing.
We’ll have 30-minute once weekly sessions for four weeks, led by a professional yoga instructor. The sessions will be a mix of vinyasa yoga and LYT yoga. You can attend as many or as few sessions as you’d like!
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
These yoga classes are designed for all levels and all abilities, from beginners to seasoned yogis.
