Join the L&D in Government community
The Learning and Development in Government community is a space for anyone at any level working on L&D in government, for you to gain global insights, engage in discussion and share resources with your peers around the world.
Event Description
Building a government workforce equipped to tackle 21st-century problems requires continuous investment in learning and development. As an L&D professional, you know this. But how do you get everyone else to see it?
A recent poll of UK L&D professionals identified 'demonstrating the value of L&D to senior stakeholders' as their second biggest problem at work.
This event will bring together some of the biggest champions of L&D initiatives across the global public service, sharing how they approach investing in workforce development. They will discuss how L&D initiatives, when effectively communicated and aligned with strategic goals, can capture the attention of senior leaders and make an impact.
