Rodney Scott, Professor Rodney Scott is a leading researcher and practitioner in public service strengthening, having held senior positions in the New Zealand government for 15 years, written several influential books, and supported governments around the world. Rodney is a Vice Chancellor’s Fellow at RMIT University Melbourne, an Adjunct Professor at the University of New South Wales, and an Affiliated Researcher with the Bennett Institute of Public Policy at Cambridge University. He was a 2018 Fellow in Practice at Oxford University, and a 2017 Innovations Fellow at Harvard University.
Brandon Lee, Director General of the Grants and Contributions Transformation Initiative (GCTI) at Global Affairs Canada (GAC), leads the reform and modernization of GAC's delivery of over $6 billion in global grants and contributions. The GCTI is centralizing all grants and contributions into a single enterprise management system, developing a core process for the Department, and standardizing data collection. Previously, Brandon served as Consul General of Canada in San Francisco, Seattle, and as Canada’s Ambassador to Silicon Valley. He has also held senior roles at the World Trade Organization and the International Committee of the Red Cross, spearheading key international reforms. Brandon has a diverse background in both government and private sectors, including innovation and change management.
