Pedro Alessandri, an Information Systems Engineer who seeks to consolidate the technological development of the City of Buenos Aires based on innovative strategies and projects to shape digital citizenship. He previously served as general director of Digital Citizenship. He also has 10 years of experience in the private information technology sector.
Isabel Hou, a lawyer focusing on innovative technology and digital governance since 2000. An organiser in the g0v civic tech community since 2012, she is a co-author of the g0v Civic Tech Handbook, which summarises over 10 years of experiences in citizen engagement. Recently, Isabel collaborated with community partners to promote the "Digital Citizen Literacy" action plan as a social infrastructure for the new generation of Taiwan.
