He has also worked with international organizations to strengthen Indonesia’s digital government strategy through research, engagement, and capacity building. Pandu's distinctive approach—a blend of technical proficiency, change leadership, and organizational expertise—has been fundamental in driving sustainable reforms. Pandu is a fervent proponent of leveraging technology to revolutionize bureaucracy, deliver premier public services, and enhance citizen’s quality of life.

Currently the Chief Transformation Officer for Enterprise Pay Operations at Public Services and Procurement Canada, Teresa has over 25 years of experience in both the private and public sectors and is an accomplished public speaker and leader in the field of data and technology.
