Ifeyinwa Maureen Okafor, an Alumnus of the Johnson Institute for Responsible Leadership, University of Pittsburgh, currently works as a government adviser in the Nigerian Government. She spent over 25 years working in the private sector before being invited to serve as a financial adviser and policymaker for Imo State Government, Nigeria . Her role includes working closely with public servants on Judicial Panels, Visitation Panels and Governance Audits of Institutions for improved public sector performance. Her work has led to the state’s improved ranking in the Ease of Doing Business index. In recognition of this, she was selected into The Amujae Leaders; a programme of The Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Centre in 2021. She is also an alumni of The School of Politics, Policy and Governance (SPPG) class of 2022 where the set vision is raising public leaders that will deliver true democracy and good governance for Africa. She is currently listed as one of 50 most influential women leaders in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and Financial Crime Prevention by The Morgans. She is an author and public speaker.
Venchele Saint Dic, Founder of Pathway Coach Writing and author of ‘Journey to Redemption and Faith’ in the Amazon best-selling book ‘Passport to Self-Discovery Volume 2’, is also the Founder of MESFAMI Care Inc. She has demonstrated leadership and innovation in public health, health equity, communications, public outreach, social inclusion and diversity, among many others. Venchele is an experienced writer, editor and native French speaker, a cognate education in Public Health with over 8 years of experience. Her focus is to improve accessibility to health services while supporting education, economic empowerment and counselling as critical building blocks which empower families to survive and thrive through life changing events.
