A personal brand is something you can craft and curate intentionally to represent who you are, how you are seen and what you bring to the table. It empowers you to take control of how you are perceived and to stand out from your colleagues and peers

Bynta Ernest, a highly skilled Public Policy and Development Specialist with the Government of Saint Lucia with a combined experience of 11+ years in the fields of International Relations and Diplomacy, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion, Community Development, Human Rights, Communications and Public Engagement. She serves as a policy advisor within the Government of Saint Lucia in the areas of International Relations, Human Rights and Gender. Bynta was previously employed as a Foreign Service Officer in the Ministry of External Affairs for nine (9) years, specialising in Human Rights. In this capacity, she developed and facilitated training in Human Rights and Gender. She has also led the coordination and drafting of national human rights reports for international and regional human rights mechanisms and established the first Committee on Human Rights to report and monitor human rights within the Public Service.
Robert Butler, Senior Advisor at Global Affairs Canada's Free Agent Program, specialises in modernising grants and contributions. Known for his practical networking approach, Rob has led significant digital initiatives, organised virtual events, and researched virtual platforms. His expertise in multimedia production and community building fosters idea-sharing across government and private sectors.
Mélanie Copeland, a driven and engaging leader with 17 years of experience in the Canadian federal public service, with a passion for transforming organisations to enhance the value of services offered to Canadians. Her passion for digital transformation began in 2018 with the introduction of the Government of Canada’s Digital Standards. Since then, Mélanie has been an advocate for going digital and adopting modern ways of working. She’s currently the Director of Employment and Social Development Canada’s Accelerator Hub, a dedicated space for accelerating design and delivery of client-centric services.
