But how can you influence the person who is making that decision?
In this free 30-minute ‘Ask me anything’ workshop, you’ll hear from a former minister about what it takes to influence a decision-maker.
You'll learn:
- How to communicate persuasively
- Common mistakes to avoid when communicating with a decision-maker
- The one action a decision-maker needs and how you can deliver it
Who should watch:
This workshop is for anyone looking to develop their influencing skills and affect the decision-making process in the public service, no matter your job title.
