• Robin King, Director of Knowledge Capture and Collaboration at WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities, promotes collaboration across WRI’s international network to better integrate urban planning, land use, and sustainable transportation using her experience working in policy matters in the Americas and Asia. Prior to WRI, she worked as Principal Research Scholar at the Center for Study of Science, Technology and Policy (CSTEP), in Bangalore, India, where she helped lead the Next Generation Infrastructure Laboratory since August 2008. She also is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Foreign Service (SFS) at Georgetown University. Previously, she served as Academic Director of the Masters Program in Latin American Studies in SFS at Georgetown, and held posts at the G7 Group, the Organization of American States, the US Department of State, and Mellon Bank.

• Romina Boarini, Director of the OECD Centre on Well-Being, Inclusion, Sustainability and Equal Opportunity (WISE), was previously a Senior Advisor to the OECD Secretary-General and the Head of the Inclusive Growth Initiative. Here, she developed the OECD Framework for Action on Inclusive Growth and launched Business for Inclusive Growth, a coalition of 40 multinationals committed to fight inequalities. Before joining the Office of the Secretary-General, Romina worked as Deputy Head of the Well-Being Division of the Statistics Directorate and the Head of the Well-Being and Progress Section, where she was responsible for OECD Better Life Initiative. Currently Romina promotes the OECD’s position as a leading international institution in the area of well-being, inclusion, sustainability and equal opportunity, and contributes to strengthening OECD research and advice on the Beyond GDP Agenda; policies for well-being; inclusive growth and SDGs.

• Jagan Shah, Jagan Shah is Director of the Artha Centre for Emerging Cities, which supports governments in urban strategy, innovation and capacity building. He was Director of India’s National Institute of Urban Affairs (2013-19) and Senior Infrastructure Adviser in the UK’s Department for International Development (2019-21). He has been a Trustee of Clean Air Asia since 2016, has recently been inducted as Distinguished Fellow at the InfraVision Foundation and is Advisor to My Liveable City. His work on urban innovation includes the design and implementation of India’s Smart Cities Mission, the design of the Infrastructure for Resilient Island States facility established by the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure, and the land pooling and transit-oriented development policies for the Delhi Master Plan 2041. He studied architecture in New Delhi, Cincinnati and New York.
