The system was built to enable centralized logistics inventory and customer management by linking public shopping malls like Jeju Island Residents' Market with private shopping malls like Coupang.
Approximately 120,000 small business owners in Jeju Island face difficulties individually registering and managing their products on online shopping platforms (Coupang, 11st, etc.). Consequently, an integrated platform was planned to link these online shopping platforms and manage them from a single location.
The system was built to enable centralized logistics inventory and customer management by linking public shopping malls like Jeju Island Residents' Market with private shopping malls like Coupang. This project developed core APIs for the open market integrated platform, including order management, market management, and account management. This project established store integration and a first-phase pilot service through item surveys for open market linkage. This project also provided product registration support for up to five products to small business owners who find it difficult to utilize online shopping malls.
This is expected to help small business owners more easily enter multiple online marketplaces, thereby saving time and costs while boosting sales.
