Darren has worked in the recruitment industry for over a decade, and has seen both the agency side and internal recruitment side of the role. He currently manages the Talent Attraction team at the Office for National Statistics, where he works with hiring managers and recruiters to build pipelines of talent for critical roles, attract and support candidates through the application process, and manage the development of our employer brand.
