Webinar - Tracking Transport Webinar: Using Data to Understand Urban Transit

In Santiago, Chile, a group of researchers have been working with data from the city and mobile phone signals to reveal how women traverse the city. Many suspect that poor lighting and crowded conditions discourage women from using public transport – by looking at the data, cities might now be able to see just how and why, and work to improve it. In this webinar, the researchers will reveal their findings and talk through their recommendations for just what should happen next, to help build transport services that work for all citizens.
