• Amanda Bernardo, a federal public servant with the Government of Canada working in the areas of public policy, project management, change management and stakeholder engagement. The bulk of her career to date has largely focused on advancing the government’s digital agenda, with a notable focus on promoting the people side of change to support the adoption and sustainability of digital initiatives. She currently leads a team responsible for advancing her organisation’s enterprise transformation agenda. In her teams and across government, Amanda maintains an open door policy that holds true in-person as it does online, in order to create community, conversation and change. She is well known for the community and content she has built on Twitter, as well her efforts to support others in doing the same.

• Ella Dorfman, a Senior Service Designer, working in digital delivery at the UK Home Office. She previously worked at the Government Digital Service, where she collaborated with multiple departments across Whitehall to advance user-centred policy and service design. Prior to joining government, Ella spent six years designing services in the third sector with the national charity Citizens Advice. Ella cares about improving experiences for people who deliver and use public services. Alongside her day-to-day responsibilities she operates as an ILM accredited mediator, helping to resolve workplace conflict and improve stakeholder and colleague relationships.

• Pavitra Raja, a thought leader at the World Economic Forum, works with Fortune 100 companies and social change leaders to build partnerships to achieve systemic change. She is a leader in social impact, with domain expertise spanning international law & public policy, social innovation and business strategy. Her campaigns have reached 15 million people globally and also co-launched a global alliance to promote the work of social innovators. For her work in the social innovation sector, Pavitra was named Top 100 Women in Social Entrepreneurship 2023. Pavitra is invested in DEI and previously engineered several advocacy campaigns at the United Nations to protect the rights of minority and vulnerable groups. Her campaigns have influenced global policy. Pavitra is a lawyer and a Board member, pens essays for leading publications, serves as an expert speaker at leading global conferences and is the host of the leading social impact podcast “Let’s Fix It”. Pavitra is Indian-Australian, having lived in 7 countries and speaks 5 languages.
