• Ahmed Nadhir Omar, County Executive in the County Government of Garissa, has served for nearly seven years now. His position involves high-level policy-making. He currently oversees over 1,500 officers in the Department of Health. He has a passion for enhancing public service delivery through mentoring public officers.

• Nelly Leonidis, the Director of Digital Communications at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Nelly has previously worked in several Government of Canada departments. She has built and modernized teams, led rebrandings, launched digital products, and contributed to foresight research. Outside government, Nelly has founded a digital marketing consultancy and taught at Algonquin College.

• Joshua Frame, National Chair of the Federal Youth Network, started his public service career in Ottawa in the Canada Revenue Agency and has held roles in management, project management, budgeting and service renewal over the last 13 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from York University and has lived in Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver and Honolulu over the past 15 years. In his spare time Joshua participates in triathlons and running and cycling events across Canada and the United States.

• Ella Dorfman, a Senior Service Designer, working in digital delivery at the UK Home Office. She previously worked at the Government Digital Service, where she collaborated with multiple departments across Whitehall to advance user-centred policy and service design. Prior to joining government, Ella spent six years designing services in the third sector with the national charity Citizens Advice. Ella cares about improving experiences for people who deliver and use public services. Alongside her day-to-day responsibilities she operates as an ILM accredited mediator, helping to resolve workplace conflict and improve stakeholder and colleague relationships.
