Success Profiles have been around in the UK Civil Service since 2018 — but they’re still a commonly misunderstood aspect of the recruitment process.
Truly understanding and mastering Success Profiles can help you identify whether a job is going to be the right fit for you, and show recruiters that you’re the best person for the job.
Join this free online workshop to learn how to master the ‘behaviours’ component of Success Profiles. You’ll learn how to identify which behaviours are being assessed in a job application and how to demonstrate those behaviours in a written application or interview.
This workshop continues a conversation started in the online workshop Success Profiles 101: Strengths — if you missed it, you can catch up with the recording here.
You’ll learn:
- What the ‘behaviours’ portion of Success Profiles actually means
- How behaviours are assessed throughout the application process
- Ways to communicate effectively about behaviours in a written application or interview
Who should watch:
This workshop is for anyone looking to de-mystify Success Profiles and better understand the ‘behaviours’ component, whether you’re looking to apply for a job soon or just want to plan for the future.
