Brian Day, is an active member of the HMRC Carers Network and the Civil Service Carers Network (CSCN). He was awarded a Network Excellence Award in the Civil Service Diversity & Inclusion Awards and contributed to forming the Coventry Cares HMRC Carers Network. In addition, he is a vocal advocate for The Charity For Civil Servants.
Erica Lavecchia, previously was a Senior Business Consultant at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and the Director for Client Relations at The Public Good Initiative. She holds a BA from York University – Glendon College in International Studies (major) and Philosophy (minor), and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto.
Paula Vital, is a certified Yoga and mindfulness coach. As a lawyer and a public servant, she is very familiar with how challenging it can be to balance a stressful and wearying worklife with time for self-care and family. She leads a wellness program that teaches yoga and meditation to public servants and political workers in the Ontario Public Service. She is passionate about ensuring mental and physical wellness in her own life and sharing her skills with others so they can do the same.
