Join the Life in Government Community
The Life in Government Community is a collaborative space designed for Apolitical members to connect with peers in the global public service and ask and answer questions on life in government.
Event Description
Your energy is one of your most powerful tools – but it isn’t limitless! When we feel focused and well, we do our best work. So, this session, just a few days after World Mental Health Day, is all about helping you stay energised, motivated and grounded (in a world that rarely slows down).
If you’ve ever felt like you’re constantly responding to demands without time to reset, you’re not alone. This event will give you practical strategies to recharge, create healthy routines and shape a more sustainable workday, without needing to overhaul everything.
You’ll hear from public sector leaders and wellbeing experts who are actively finding ways to work with energy, not against it. Whether you’re early in your career or leading a team, you’ll leave with ideas you can use right away.
