Spending too many hours of your day in documents? Fiddly formatting causing more frustration than it’s worth? Tired of moving an image a millimetre and the entire structure of your document getting derailed?

For public servants, documents are a daily tool — from drafting briefings to preparing reports and guidance. But too often the process is slowed down by structuring nightmares and clunky collaboration. Knowing a few quick tricks can make the difference between time lost and work that flows smoothly.

In this 30-minute lightning session, you’ll pick up some hacks for handling formatting, layouts and teamwork. Expect time-saving shortcuts and easy-to-use features that will help you write with confidence and keep your documents in shape.
