Event Description
In a record election year, and as the political landscape intensifies, public servants face unique challenges that demand a refined set of skills for effective governance and public service. They also play a pivotal role in upholding democratic values and ensuring the smooth operation of public services.
For this first event in the Apolitical Election Year Event Series, we're delighted to be joined by:

- Camila Crescimbeni, Former Congresswoman and Chief Institutional Relations Officer at The Future Co.
- Suki Capobianco, Chief Strategy Officer at the Apolitical Foundation
Our panel will delve into the essential skills that public servants must hone to ensure integrity, efficiency and resilience during election years. They will share insights from their extensive experience, covering everything from strategic communication to crisis management.

Suki Capobianco, a Chief Strategy Officer at the Apolitical Foundation. Suki is a Bolivian-German political scientist, former public servant, university professor, and political campaigner. She has dedicated her career to political communications, specializing in gender and women's rights. She has published several studies on public policy. Suki holds master's degrees in Public Policy and Global Studies. She has also completed Oxford University's Digital Transformation Disruptive Strategy Program.
Camila Crescimbeni, a political scientist and politician from Argentina. Mom of 4, she is currently working as Chief Business Development Officer at The Future Co, purpose driven company that applies technologies and multidimensional approaches to generate sustainable prosperity in poor rural communities. She was elected as National Deputy for the Province of Buenos Aires in 2019 at 29 years old. Previously she was President of the National Youth Wing of PRO Party. When she was 25, she was appointed Director at the National Youth Institute of Argentina (INJUVE) and from 2017 to 2019 she also served as Councilwoman in Almirante Brown, Province of Buenos Aires.
Max Stier, the founding president and CEO of the Partnership for Public Service. At the Partnership, he oversees efforts to provide data, insights and recommendations to the executive and legislative branches, create and deliver programs for federal leaders at all levels, strengthen and support the federal workforce, and build connections among the public, private and charitable sectors. Max is a former public servant in all three branches of government and a member of the Inaugural Advisory Council of the National Institute of Social Sciences.
