Marius Möhler, independent change management consultant, facilitator & trainer based in Berlin, Germany. Marius supports individuals, teams, and organizations develop their own capacity to productively adapt to and provoke change. As part of his work, he regularly facilitates team meetings, activation workshops and webinars with 500+ participants. Especially since organizations have faced the sudden challenge to keep their (global) staff connected during the pandemic, Marius has witnessed (and promoted) the power of engaging online workshops to facilitate cohesion and alignment between people.
Robbie Cross, proud Civil Servant for nearly 13 years working in two of the biggest UK Civil Service Departments (DWP and HMRC). He has a background in Operational Delivery leading large teams and is now the Head of Operational Architecture for HMRC’s Customer Service Group. Robbie is passionate about demystifying public speaking and likes to talk about how his first presentations led to sweating, blushing and shaking, but thanks to practice and research the shaking is gone and the blushing and sweating are under control!
Charmilla Kasper, Advisor, Facilitator & Mentor. Charmilla made the transition from civil service advocating for victims of crime and investigating child welfare, to the dynamic world of tech where virtual connection is the given. She draws on her participatory social work practice to engage and connect with audiences, whether it is for educational purposes or to influence and align folks who need to make decisions together. She is keen to also learn about the current experience of public servants and how our multidisciplinary approaches can lead to new ways of bridging communication across contexts. Her current focus is on organisational development at Babbel and on coaching systemically underrepresented communities in tech.
