Mastering leadership: How to lead in government

Our mastering leadership series has been designed to equip public servants with the leadership skills they need to succeed in government.

In our last two workshops on leadership, we discussed how to develop your inner leader and how to lead others; this time, we’ll discuss what it means to be a leader in government and the leadership skills you need to thrive within the system.

In this workshop, we’ll take a look at how to lead in a way that makes others feel heard, understood and valued and how to enable a team to achieve a collective goal.
