• Houda Boulahbel, PhD, a systems thinking consultant and educator. She translates complex systems thinking concepts into accessible programmes and resources that help individuals and organisations elevate their ability to collaborate, innovate and lead. Houda started her professional life as a research scientist, investigating the biological systems involved in cancer development, before moving into the field of medical communications and pharmaceutical marketing. The siloed nature of both career paths led her to discover systems thinking and to shift her focus to building the Institute For Systems Intelligence (IFSI), which aims to bring the benefits of systems thinking to organisations and the wider society through storytelling, play and experimentation. She is a fellow of the Schumacher Institute and of the RSA (Royal Society of the Arts, Manufacture and Commerce (RSA).

• Adam Mackenzie-Jones, an Operational Research Analys. Adam heads up the Net Zero Systems team in the Net Zero Strategy Directorate in the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero. Adam helped to set-up the cross-government Systems Thinking Interest Group (STIG) with the aims of promoting systems thinking and increasing awareness, building systems thinking capability and creating a network of practitioners sharing best practice.
