Christian Napier, the Director of AI for Utah’s Division of Technology Services, leads statewide AI implementation in executive branch agencies. An inaugural Center for Public Sector AI Top 50 AI award recipient, he previously spent 25 years as a technology and business executive serving major international sport events.
Gabby Burke, a Cloud AI Specialist Customer Engineer, helping state and local agencies navigate the shift from legacy systems to AI-powered futures. Whether it's modernizing the social safety net, reducing educational disparities, or optimizing routes for their field-based workforce so it's easier to get to people in need, she leverages Google Cloud’s cutting-edge GenAI tools to solve "unsolvable" problems.
