From healthcare to housing, education to social care, most people use a public service every day — often without even realising it.
But these services don’t come out of thin air. Behind the scenes, public servants are hard at work, designing those services so that they run smoothly, using principles called service design.
Watch this free online workshop to learn about how to take the first steps to bring service design principles into government. You’ll learn about what kind of stakeholders you need to involve, and how to identify key priorities before you get started.
Who should watch:
This workshop is for any public servant or policymaker who wants to learn about service design principles, whether your role deals with policy, delivery, or neither.
