Frances Michelle C. Nubla, Researcher, Ateneo de Naga University, has more than ten years of research experience brought about by her employment at the Ateneo Social Science Research Center, Ateneo de Naga University. Her background in sociology and her engagement with research studies on a wide range of topics such as gender, education, community development, and governance provided her with a holistic understanding of society. Michelle believes that setting and achieving goals would be seamless if individuals and organizations work together. Among Michelle's personal goals are advocating for gender empowerment and environmental conservation.
Gary Latham, Secretary of State Professor of Organizational Effectiveness in the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Gary is the co-founder with Edwin Locke of goal setting theory. Gary is a Past President of the Canadian Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Joshua Frame, started his public service career in Ottawa in the Canada Revenue Agency and has held roles in management, project management, budgeting and service renewal over the last 13 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from York University and has lived in Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver and Honolulu over the past 15 years. In his spare time Joshua participates in triathlons and running and cycling events across Canada and the United States.
