Senior Data Policy Advisor, Ministry of Children, Community & Social Services
Canada
Sarah Hoy, has been working in government for almost 9 years in the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services in the Ontario Public Service. She has worked on different files and projects across program areas such as children’s services, complex special needs, autism, developmental services for adults and social assistance. She has a passion for working with data and privacy and has been working in the Business Intelligence and Practice Division as a Senior Data Policy Advisor for the past year. With respect to her experience with negotiations, she has negotiated service contracts funded by the Ontario government and has been part of negotiation activities related to union activities and bargaining as an activist with her local union.
