Greg Power OBE, has been involved in political and parliamentary development since the mid-1990s. He established GPG in 2005 to deliver projects in these fields, and has since worked in more than sixty countries across the Middle East, sub-Saharan Africa, Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America. He provides direct support to politicians and ministers in such countries, developing strategies and helping to implement reform, and has provided advice to a variety of government ministries, international organisations and donor agencies on these themes. He is an expert in political economy analysis and writes widely on behavioural approaches to politics and managing the process of change.
Cecilia Vaca Jones, brings decades of experience as an accomplished leader in social justice, migration policy, and philanthropy. As Ecuador’s Coordinating Minister of Social Development and later as Executive Director of the Bernard van Leer Foundation, she championed innovative initiatives for children, youth, women, indigenous communities, and urban migrants and refugees. As a senior advisor to Abu Dhabi's Early Childhood Authority, she continues to leverage her expertise to foster more inclusive communities and cities, ensuring that children and families remain at the core of social policies.
