Globally, more and more workers now work from home at least once weekly, with studies finding that doing so can reduce stress, provide fewer distractions, and increase happiness and productivity.
But hybrid working can create its own challenges for a team.
Forging and maintaining relationships and optimising team meetings can be tougher in a virtual world. And with remote working blurring the distinction between the office and home, it can be difficult to unplug at the end of the workday.
Watch this free online workshop to learn how you can improve your or your team’s hybrid working, with advice on building virtual colleague relationships, maintaining healthy work-life boundaries, and great hybrid meeting management.
Who should watch:
This workshop is for public servants and policymakers in any area of government, at any level, who want to learn more about optimising hybrid working for yourself or your team.
