Event Description
Do you often find yourself in reactive mode, putting out fires when confronted with a complex challenge? Wouldn’t you rather anticipate it? Strategic thinking is the difference between managing today and shaping the future.
Strategic thinking is not just long-term planning — it's also about understanding trends, spotting opportunities and making real-time decisions. For public servants, this is critical to keep things moving in a complex, unpredictable environment.
This masterclass will equip you with practical tools and frameworks to sharpen your strategic mindset. Our expert speakers will break down strategic approaches, offering insights from their leadership experiences across government and public service.
Join the Systems Thinking Community
