Resilience is a public servant’s least talked about superpower.
Let’s be honest: you joined government to make a difference in the world, but it can be a slog. Change can be slow and it takes dogged determination to see progress.
That’s why personal resilience is so important — getting back up and trying again.
Watch this free online event to discover strategies to cultivate resilience at a personal level. You’ll gain valuable insights on how to improve your own resilience and support others, whether you hold an official leadership role or not.
Who should watch:
This event is for any public servant or policymaker looking to develop better personal resilience and build a stronger, more supportive public service.
