• Michael Crawford Urban, Manager, Strategic Standards Development, at CSA Group where he is helping to identify new and emerging areas that could benefit from the development of standards-based solutions. Previously, Michael was Director, Research and Special Projects (Future Skills) at Toronto Metropolitan University's Diversity Institute (part of the Government of Canada's Future Skills Centre consortium) and Practice Lead for Government Transformation at the University of Toronto’s Mowat Centre. He has also worked as a Returning Officer for Elections Canada and with Global Affairs Canada, most recently as a Cadieux-Léger Fellow. Michael is often asked to speak about his research on the future of work and on disruptive technologies and regulatory issues, and his research and analysis of these and other subjects have appeared in a variety of academic and popular publications. Michael holds degrees from Balliol College at the University of Oxford, where he studied as a Rhodes scholar, the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University, and Queen’s University.

• Jaime Matute, international consultant on External Relations at the Pan American Health Organization. Previously, Jaime was Senior Advisor of the Colombian Institute for Family Welfare, leading a National Plan to Prevent Violence against Children. He has worked for more than 20 years in the social protection, childhood and youth, and global health areas in the Americas and Africa, performing roles such as executive director, international affairs director, senior advisor, and international expert. He has served at governmental, private, and international organizations, leading partnerships development, resource mobilization, diplomacy and advocacy, and strategies and programs' design and implementation, with a common purpose of generating social impact.
