• Marius Möhler, independent change management consultant, facilitator & trainer based in Berlin, Germany. Marius supports individuals, teams, and organizations develop their own capacity to productively adapt to and provoke change. As part of his work, he regularly facilitates team meetings, activation workshops and webinars with 500+ participants. Especially since organizations have faced the sudden challenge to keep their (global) staff connected during the pandemic, Marius has witnessed (and promoted) the power of engaging online workshops to facilitate cohesion and alignment between people.

• Susan Johnston, who is passionate about dialogue, and creating new spaces for people to learn and collaborate on topics they care about. Susan has explored these interests across the federal public service in Canada and her local community, using her skills to support public engagement and partnerships, conflict resolution, the arts, and well-being. Susan is part of the Government of Canada’s Free Agents program and is currently working with the Office of Energy Efficiency at Natural Resources Canada. Previously, worked at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, the Canada School of Public Service, the Privy Council Office, and in communications policy and international collaboration at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.

• Ritha Nyiratunga, a gender activist and practitioner, has over 12 years’ experience working in the field of VAWG prevention. She is skilled in programming for violence prevention with a focus on working with couples and engaging men and boys for violence prevention. Ritha also has experience of programming for and with adolescent girls from her role as a partnership Manager at Girl Effect-Rwanda. Working at the Rwanda Men’s Resource Center, she has contributed to building capacity for local NGOs on integrating Male Engagement approaches in their VAWG prevention work, as both a training designer and facilitator. She has played an active role in the designing and implementation of the Indashyikirwa program that has proven to reduce violence among intimate partners in Rwanda. Ritha is based in Kigali-Rwanda and currently works at the prevention Collaborative as a Senior Associate.
