In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, adopting a "humanager" mindset is essential in line with public services values.
Nicoletta Iacobacci, Research Ethics & Integrity Team Expert, EC (European Commission), is the former ambassador for Singularity University in Switzerland, and has curated 6 TEDx events and collaborated with Hyperloop Transportation Technology. An international speaker and event moderator, she facilitates workshops and masterclasses on Ethics, Emerging Technologies, Inclusion, and Sustainability. Her second book, L’Etica è Donna (Ethics is Female), was released in November 2021.
Kristo Vaher, senior engineer, tech team lead, consultant and technology architect, has worked in the fields of banking, government and internet media, creating multiple applications and designing numerous infosystems for business and private use for almost twenty years. He is most known for being an outside-the-box-thinking evangelist for API centric development and Domain Driven Design. He is a strong believer in Agile methodologies and he also consults developers and start-ups. Kristo is working as a Chief of Technology for the Estonian government and he spearheads the long term architecture and technology vision with his team.
